PUBLIC NOTICE
Albany-Dougherty Planning and Development has received information from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in reference to forms for elevation and dry flood proofing certificates. The updated forms can be found below.
- Elevation Certificate: FEMA Form FF-206-FY-22-152 (formerly 086-0-33)
- Dry Flood Proofing certificate: FEMA Form FF-206-FY-22-153 (formerly
086-0-34)
